On Sept. 16th, 2015, Sino signed the agreement with Shanghai You’xi Construction Group on the purchase of a new office building. The new office building, with a construction area of nearly 4,000m2, is located in You’xi high-tech park of the national Songjiang Ecology Business District.
You’xi hi-tech park is at the junction of Wenxiang Road and Shanghai-Hangzhou Expressway. It is back to Songjiang University Town, and is with Shanghai - Kunming Expressway (G60) in its south, Shenyang - Haikou Expressway (G15) in its east, and Husong Road in its west. In addition, it is close to Songjiang University Town Subway Station, and is 20km away from Hongqiao Transportation Hub, which is convenient to arrive no matter by bus or by car.
You’xi hi-tech park is not only with superior geological location, but also with beautiful garden-style environment. A river, large grassland and many trees are planned for the park. Its greenery coverage reaches 50%.
In addition, You’xi hi-tech park belongs to the branch of Zhangjiang hi-tech park. It enjoys not only the science and technology support policy of Zhangjiang hi-tech park, but also the most favorable policy support from Songjiang district government. Moreover, You’xi hi-tech park is also the entrepreneurial base for colleage students from Songjiang university town, which provides human resource security. Both Songjiang university town and You’xi hi-tech park are located in Wenxiang road, which makes You’xi hi-tech park become the best incubation base for colleage students from Songjiang university town to practice and establish a business.
Till now, Sino-Telecom has possessed 2 self-owned property, with a total area of 5,000m2. In the concepts of science, humanities, environmental protection and energy saving, the new office building is under design and decoration. It is estimated that the decoration will be finished in next April. After the May Day holiday, the headquarter of Sino-Telecom will be moved to the new office building. A more elegant and environment-friendly office environment full of humanity will be built for staff of Sino-Telecom.
